Baby Kaboosh and Slumbersac are registered trade names of Bradley Carter (UK) Ltd.  A United Kingdom registered Company # 64113862.  In South Africa the names Baby Kaboosh and Slumbersac has been approved for use of trade names.  Currently we are awaiting the final certificate, which will be send to us later this year.   In South Africa the trade names Baby Kaboosh and Slumbersac operates under Calm Waters Trading C.C. # 2010/102185/23.

TAX CHARGES

Unless goods are zero rated, VAT is charged at the current rate of 14% and already included in the selling price. VAT registration number: 4890258215.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by VCS (Virtual Card Services) checkout, which is a dedicated third party payment processing system with 128-bit SSL encryption giving you total online security.

RETURN POLICY

As you are buying by Mail Order you have the right to “change your mind” within 7 days of purchase date.  If so, we should be advised immediately and the goods should be returned to our warehouse address in the original packaging within 7 days of accepting delivery.  An amount of R100 will be withheld to cover postage costs.
Where goods prove to be faulty due to workmanship or materials, we will replace with the same or similar style, or refund in total, which includes return postage costs.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
